Flexas Ltd was founded in May 2004 to improve the effectiveness of the internet as an advertising medium for commercial property owners and agents. Our fast growth and increasing market awareness has come through the provision of a highly targeted and value adding service to occupiers, who each day search the Flexas site for their next office space. Flexas are proud to work with most of the major landlords in the UK commercial property market.

In January 2009 a new Flexas division was launched to directly manage vacant Office and Industrial property on behalf of landlords. The core managed services product is known from a landlords perspective as Occupation on Demand and from an Occupiers perspective through a number of brand names such as www.ServicedWarehousing.com and www.DisasterRecoverySpace.com

Chris Boulton MRICS (Non Exec Chairman) - With over 25 years of senior management experience in the commercial property market, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the Flexas team.

Matthew Hodges-Long (Managing Director) - Matthew founded Flexas after a sucessful career in Corporate Real Estate wih Glaxo Smithkline and Property Marketing / New Product development with Regus plc.

The Flexas team have over 45 years combined experience of Commercial Property Sales, Marketing and Brokerage. Our dedication to providing a high quality of service to advertisers and enquirers guides everything we do and is core to our future growth.
